In this App you can access and download:
- FAQ's & Troubleshooting with the most relevant problems and best solutions
- Technical documents, such as user manuals, installation instructions and spare parts exploded views
Now with just your smartphone or tablet you can quickly and easily access all the technical documentation available for the installation, repair and use of the equipment. This professional approach will save you a lot of time in researching information, especially for employees that work off premises.
The App has been designed to work both online and offline, allowing you to access the information regardless of network coverage based on the user settings.
Upon downloading the App and logging in, the user can:
• Download the entire Application content
• Download the FAQ & Troubleshooting sections only (recommended)
• Download the Documents section only
• Download the Structure only, in order to view the available contents and download only when needed
Depending on the choice made, the first download could take a while, whereas the updates will be fast as only the new information will be downloaded.
The Nexion Service App has been designed and developed to offer support to authorised technicians and installers and can only be accessed if the users are already registered on the website (username and password are the same as those used to access the User Area and FAQ & Troubleshooting).
